A(G)GI: The Overlooked G in the AI Debate
#148 - Reflections on investing and life from building my holding company
3 Paragraphs to think
Everyone’s debating AGI—when machines think like humans. Wrong question. The revolution is AGGI: Artificial, Generally Available, General Intelligence. Not whether AI gets smart, but whether everyone gets access to genius. When every CEO has superhuman strategy for $20/month, scarcity dies.
Information asymmetry was the most profitable arbitrage in history. It’s ending. Law firms. Consultants. Financial advisors. Elite universities. Any business selling “we know more than you” faces the same fate. The bridge between expertise and those who need it—that’s where fortunes were made. AGGI makes the bridge obsolete.
Winners own infrastructure and or use AGGI to achieve impossible scale. Losers charge premiums for what AI replicates freely. You’re not watching adaptation—you’re watching extinction.
There is no shortcut. This is the way.
Have a great weekend,
Simone
