The Power of Saying No: My New €50K Minimum Ticket Size idea.

3 minutes to reflect
I'‘ve decided to change my investment approach radically this year: just three €50K angel investments instead of my usual 5-6 smaller tickets.
After building a portfolio of 35+ startups at €20K average, it's time for evolution. The "small ticket, foot in the door" approach served its purpose. I learned a lot. I would recommend it when starting. It took me a decade to let it go.
A €50K ticket I hope will force clarity. For sure, each decision will carry weight. Each no becomes as important as each yes.
My reasoning: Fewer deals, bigger commitment, deeper involvement. Simple math.
Constraints breed precision in thinking.
No more "it's just €20K, let's see what happens." Having only 3 yes available, the decision process will (hopefully be pushed to level-up). #Hope
